PICTURE THIS_17 is proud to announce that UK based journalist, media commentator and presenter Kate Bulkley will serve as moderator for the event.

Kate Bulkley is an award-winning print and broadcast business journalist with over 30 years of experience covering media, technology and telecommunications and the convergence of these sectors.

She contributes to national UK newspapers, including The Guardian, Financial Times and The Independent, and specialist publications, including DTVE, Hollywood Reporter and Broadcast Magazine.

An American, Bulkley has lived and worked in London since 1990. Her positions through the years include International Editor for Cable World magazine, Media Editor for European Business News, where she created and co-presented the award-winning, daily half-hour media show Media Report, and on-screen Media and Telecommunications Editor at CNBC Europe.

Bulkley holds several prestigious positions in the media section. She has been involved with IBC, the most influential annual event for electronic media professionals, for many years and is a Consulting Editor for the IBC Conference and for all Keynotes. She is past Chairman of The Broadcasting Press Guild, has been the Awards Secretary for the Guild's annual Television & Radio Awards since 2007 and is past Chairman of the Royal Television Society's Early Evening Events Committee, where she remains on the committee.
