Georg Tiller is an Austrian filmmaker, producer, and visual artist. His work spans experimental and narrative cinema, exploring cinematic forms at the intersection of history, politics, and identity. He studied with Harun Farocki, Michael Haneke, and Christian Berger. His films have screened at the Berlinale, IFFR, Viennale, DOK Leipzig, Hot Docs, and FIDMarseille, and have received numerous awards. He is the founder of Subobscura Films, a production company based in Vienna and Paris.
