How to Manage Virtual Production Successfully
Understanding and planning use cases, budgeting, workflows, and the roles and responsibilities of key creative and technical departments
How to begin with Virtual Production? What types of scripts and ideas VP will suit the best and what not? What kinds of new teams, combining traditional and contemporary, VP-focused skills, are needed? How do you do breakdowns and understand costs? What challenges and opportunities open up to creative departments such as the Directorial and Camera? How do you create effective workflows and problem-solving solutions for small and big productions? The session brings together two top-tier Virtual Production supervisors, one from the US and one from Europe, to establish successful virtual production practices from the concept throughout breakdown, budgeting, directorial, camera, and departments to the on-site and delivery experiences.
