Alex Serdiuk is the CEO and co-founder of Respeecher, and in charge of Business Development and Strategy of the company developing Emmy winning voice cloning technology. The technology was the first synthetic speech adopted by big Hollywood productions, starting from 2019 including recently the “Obi Wan Kenobi” series from Disney / Lucasfilm. The primary focus of Respeecher is improving voice cloning technology in several directions, including the democratization of the technology to let sound professionals and creators all over the world have access to this great tool. Respeecher technology is already applied in Feature films and television series, documentaries Video Games, Animation studios, localization, media agencies, and other areas.
Due to the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Alex Serdiuk will join the conference live via videolink from Kyiv, presenting Respeecher’s revolutionary technology. Specifically, he focuses on how voice cloning changes the ways voiceover has been previously done in post-production. He also looks into how to creatively use the potential of AI-powered voice cloning technology for production, including why and how voice cloning enables content makers of all kinds, from Hollywood studios to indie creators. Alex will also present examples of big and small projects from Emmy-award-winning Respeecher.

Kaur Kallas is the CEO for Digital Sputnik. Digital Sputnik is the manufacturer of premium color tunable LEDs used by the Hollywood Studio Productions. Digital Sputnik was the main lighting technology provider for “The Mandalorian “TV series and Oscar winning “Dune” as well as has a long history in collaboration with both independent and major productions including “Ghost in A Shell”, “True Detective”, “The Batman” and others.
In his talk, Kaur will present the innovative lighting solutions by Digital Sputnik and discuss critical learnings for lighting and production departments from problem solving and innovations with major productions Digital Sputnik has worked on. Besides cases, Karu will showcase the new generation of Digital Sputnik Lights designed for Virtual Production environments and the software platform that will enable creators to save templates of Virtual Production Scenes with lighting and camera setups. These scenes can then be replicated remotely by using a mini-game like setup process to match the positions of the saved lights and camera positions.
